Stone 10 Title

God makes a promise in Proverbs 8: “Those who seek me find me.” The fact that you have made it to Stone #10 shows that you are, indeed, seeking to know the LORD.

But here’s even better news: He is seeking you. He’s calling you to Himself. He loves you deeply.  He has chosen you to believe and receive all He wants to give, beginning with salvation.

What is salvation? The Hebrew word is y’shuah, and from this word comes the name of the One who was sent to save His people from their sins, to redeem them through His death and resurrection, to restore them to everlasting fellowship with God and to give them eternal Life. His name is Y’shua (also spelled Yeshua.)  In English from the Greek, it is Jesus. He is our salvation. He came for both Jews and gentiles.

Do you need to be forgiven and reconciled to God? Do you need a “sin-bearer” to remove your sins and daily carry your burdens?  Do you need a Divine Friend who loves you more than you could ever imagine?  Do you want to have the power to become the real person God wants you to be?  Do you want to be able to really love others?  Do you want to know true JOY and that "inner peace" that the whole world longs for?  Do you want to be with God forever? Do you want to be able to face life and death without fear?  All this is possible and becomes your new reality when you say "Yes" to Y'shua.

Or will you be one who refuses to turn to God, chooses to live apart from Him, rejects His offer of salvation and walks away?   If you do, you will have to die for your own sins, for you will have rejected God’s gracious and loving provision of a substitute, His very own Son. Do you really want to face God dressed in your own filthy rags of unrighteousness, or do you want to face Him clothed in the Messiah’s pure white robe of righteousness that you are given when you say, “Yes" to Y'shua? Separation from God now and forever is hell.

Here’s another wonderful promise: When you say “Yes,” God sends the Holy Spirit to dwell in you forever. He will never leave you or forsake you. He will be your internal guide, companion, comforter, teacher and transformer.  You will never again be alone, and when you die, you will immediately be in the presence of God in heaven. How can you refuse this offer?

If you are ready to say, “Yes” to your Messiah, here’s a sample of how you can receive Him through a simple heartfelt prayer.  Remember, this is not just a head decision; it comes from a much deeper place--your spirit, that place in you that was made only for God, and it involves your whole being--mind, heart, soul and will.

God, I am a sinner, unworthy of Your mercy. Yet I believe You sent Your Son, Messiah Y’shua, to this earth as a man to die in my place, as my substitute guilt offering. I put my faith in Him and in His dying for me and rising from death to be my personal LORD. I commit myself and my life to You now through Y’shua, my Messiah. Amen.”

What next?  Your new life in relationship with God has just begun. There’s so much more to learn and experience through Y’shua and the Ruach Hakodesh (Holy Spirit)! Here are 4 things you can do:

1) Get a B’rit Hadashah, a New Covenant (Testament) Bible. The New Covenant scriptures were written by Jews who said, “Yes, Y’shua, we believe that You are The One who was to come.” The first four accounts in the B'rit Hadashah, called gospels, tell all about the amazing life of Y’shua on earth.

Do you know that the New Covenant that came through the Messiah was predicted by the prophet Jeremiah? Listen to this from Jeremiah 31:31-34:

“The time is coming,” declares the LORD, “when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah. It will not be like the covenant I made with their forefathers [The Covenant of Law] when I took them by the hand to lead them out of Egypt, because they broke my covenant, though I was a husband to them,” declares the LORD.

“This is the covenant I will make with the house of Israel after that time,” declares the LORD. “I will put my law in their minds and write it on their hearts. I will be their God and they will be my people….I will forgive their wickedness and will remember their sins no more.” [The Covenant of Grace]

This is exactly what God has done through Messiah Y’shua!

2) Begin to talk with God as if He were right there with you, because He is! Tell Him everything—don’t hold back. You will learn to hear His Voice in your heart and through His Word, to walk with Him each day, and to depend on Him for all you need. As in any relationship, this takes time, patience, and diligence. But the results are amazing, transformational and miraculous.  And...remember to thank Him!

3) If you have received Y’shua and want to talk with someone about it, we are here to listen. Contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

4) If you want to study more on any of these subjects or if you have specific questions or objections, Stone 12 will give you many resources to explore.

5)  Ask God to lead you to a fellowship of believers who honor His Word, worship with heartfelt praise, and where you can continue to grow in knowledge, faith and grace. However, nothing compares to the quiet, intimate, one-on-one relationship that God desires to have with you each day.

Perhaps you're not ready to say "Yes" to Y'shua.  Perhaps you need to think about all you've learned or to talk with someone.  Perhaps you need to pray.  God hears the cries of your heart and knows your thoughts and every need. Tell him your doubts or fears.  He will help you.
